Project for troubleshooting involved in fixing conflicts between plugins and correcting website issues as well as increasing the website’s stability and performance.
About This Project
The current project is about troubleshooting an eCommerce site built using the WooCommerce plug-in which is facing several critical issues due to plugin conflict and system incompatibility. Issues being faced include critical error, inability to checkout and other related problems which are affecting user experience.
A thorough analysis of the problem was done to identify all the issues being faced and how best to tackle the problems. Testing, isolation and correction of each of the issues were conducted, ensuring that the website remains functional throughout the process.

Conflicting theme issues with the WordPress theme that was being used was found to be the problem and was resolved by testing various WordPress themes and configurations until all necessary fixes had been made so that the website could function properly again and obtain the correct display.
The .htaccess file that was improperly configured was fixed by regenerating the rules for rewriting and optimizing them to restore the functionality of the URLs on the website and fixing the issues related to page access throughout the website.
Troubleshot email delivery failures, reconfigured SMTP settings and resolved conflicts in current mail configuration. This so resulted in emails generated by the website being delivered successfully again.
