Service Fees
Section 1 of 4
Service fees paid to 360XpertSolution for our IT and digital services are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a written agreement between the client and 360XpertSolution.
All pricing is communicated and agreed upon before work begins. Any written service agreement that specifies different refund terms will take precedence over this general policy.
Note: Third-party costs (domain registrations, hosting fees, paid tools, advertising spend) are always non-refundable as these are paid directly to external providers on your behalf.
Cancellation & Termination

Clients may cancel ongoing services upon written notice to 360XpertSolution. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms outlined in the individual service agreement.
- Work already completed and costs already incurred at the time of cancellation are non-refundable
- The initial deposit is non-refundable and will be applied against the final invoice for work completed
- Monthly retainer services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice before the next billing date
- Partially completed deliverables will be handed over in their current state upon payment of completed work
No cancellation fee is charged by 360XpertSolution. However, work already performed and costs already incurred are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing.
Dispute Resolution

Before submitting a formal refund request, we strongly encourage clients to contact us directly so we can resolve the concern together. In most cases, we can find a solution through:
- Additional revisions or scope adjustments at no extra cost
- Credit toward future services
- A resolution call with our senior team
Our goal is resolution, not refunds. A formal refund is always our last resort — we would much rather find a solution that works for both parties. Please allow us a minimum of 7 business days to address any concern.
