Database recovery using WordPress mainly comprised efforts to solve problems associated with the website database.
About This Project
The current database recovery project was aimed at solving a problem that made the website go down. The WordPress site was completely unresponsive, as there was an issue with database connections. An exhaustive investigation into the matter was made, which included the review of database credentials, server configurations, user permissions, and database consistency.
Upon finding out that some tables in the database were damaged and there were inconsistencies between the database configuration and settings, appropriate corrections were made. The outcome of the restoration process was a functioning site without any problems in the database.

Conflicting theme issues with the WordPress theme that was being used was found to be the problem and was resolved by testing various WordPress themes and configurations until all necessary fixes had been made so that the website could function properly again and obtain the correct display.
The .htaccess file that was improperly configured was fixed by regenerating the rules for rewriting and optimizing them to restore the functionality of the URLs on the website and fixing the issues related to page access throughout the website.
Removed malicious files discovered while on a security review and cleaned compromised scripts on the website. We applied additional security updates to remove warnings and improve protection.
