Refunds
As our services are customized and digital, refunds are generally not available once a project has been initiated or delivered.
Cancellations
If a client wishes to cancel a project before any work has started, a partial refund may be provided — excluding any administrative or consultation charges.
Non-Responsiveness
If the client is inactive or unresponsive for more than 14 days, the project will be marked as cancelled. No refund will be issued in such cases.
Disputes & Resolutions
In case of any concerns or disputes, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly. We aim to resolve issues in a fair and professional manner.
If your concern is found to be valid, a refund (full or partial) will be processed within 7 working days.
