💸 Refund & Cancellation Policy – 360 Xpert Solution

 

At 360 Xpert Solution, we are committed to providing high-quality digital services. However, due to the nature of our work, the following policies apply:


 

🔁 Refunds

As our services are customized and digital, refunds are generally not available once a project has been initiated or delivered.


 

❌ Cancellations

If a client wishes to cancel a project before any work has started, a partial refund may be provided — excluding any administrative or consultation charges.


 

🕒 Non-Responsiveness

If the client is inactive or unresponsive for more than 14 days, the project will be marked as cancelled. No refund will be issued in such cases.


 

🤝 Disputes & Resolutions

In case of any concerns or disputes, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly.
We aim to resolve issues in a fair and professional manner.

If your concern is found to be valid, a refund (full or partial) will be processed within 7 working days.
